Saint Mark Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Director of Faith Formation to lead, oversee, and supervise the parish’s comprehensive Faith Formation Department.
The Director is responsible for the strategic vision, pastoral leadership, administration, and operational management of all parish faith formation programming for children, youth, and families. The Director ensures fidelity to the teachings of the Catholic Church and alignment with diocesan policies while fostering a vibrant culture of discipleship within the parish.
This role serves as a senior parish leader and reports directly to the Director of Operations and the Pastor.
