Within the Diocese of Charlotte, college-aged seminarians are formed at either St. Joseph College Seminary in Charlotte, NC, or at the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, OH. Our "theologians" who have completed their philosophy requirements study at the Pontifical College Josephinum or the North American College in Rome, Italy. Please continue to pray for our young men who are currently studying and discerning a call to the priesthood.
For parents, your support of your son's prayerful discernment is vitally important. Give thanks to God that he is prayerfully considering God's will for his life. Pray for him daily that God will reveal himself in clearer ways. Help him to connect to the right clergy members in your parish and diocese that will assist him and answer your questions regarding seminary life and the priestly life.
