Follow the steps below to register your child for Faith Formation!
START HERE:
ATTENTION: Parents when you click the Faith Formation/ Youth Ministry link you will be prompted to login to our new system, Ministry Platform. If you have not done this before you will need to enter the email you used to register at the parish, that you might already be receiving communication through. If you do not know what that email is, but have received communication from the faith formation department in the 25/26 year, use that email address.
Before you register you must login into our new database system called Ministry Platform. Once logged in you will have access to view and edit your family information, add pictures, and in the future, view your financial giving. We appreciate your patience as we improve the process to make things as easy as we can for our families. Thank you!!

Below is the link to REGISTRATION. It starts with a VERY basic quiz to give you the correct registration form. You may have to complete the quiz for each child you are registering. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully it will make sure everyone is registered correctly!
Credit card is required for online payment. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please come into the church office to register on the computer there. Registration is $85 for the year. If your child is receiving a sacrament there is a Sacrament Fee of $60. There is an opportunity for Financial Assistance below. Please fill that form out before you begin registration.
If you feel so inclined, our volunteers receive tuition-free faith formation. More information on that can be found below.
For families registering more than 2 children, we have a family max discount as well, which means we only ask you to pay for the first 2 children, and every child after that will be free. there is a code for that as well, please click the link below to receive that
