We are looking for Ushers to help with the Mass and the service.
We also are looking for catchers for the service.  Catchers are men dressed in khaki with white shirts who stand along the edge of the Altar behind the participants in case anyone falls backwards.  They must be strong enough to help someone lay down and get up.

Tp Sign Up for to help as an Usher or catcher, please visit

We ask for your prayers as we prepare for Alan Ames' visit.

Intercessory Prayer for the Parishioners of St. Mark, St. Matthew and St. Therese,
preparing for the Eucharistic Healing Services with Alan Ames, November 5-7, 2019

“O Lord, my God, I cried out to you for help, and you healed me.” (Psalm 30:2)

Heavenly Father, we come before you in praise, worship and adoration. You gave us life and sustain us in every moment by keeping your loving gaze upon us.

God Our Father, You promised us,  "I am the Lord, your healer” (Ex 15:26) and so we place all of our trust in you who fill us with heavenly hope.

We thank you, Almighty Father, for giving us your Son, Jesus, the Divine Physician through whom all healing flows, who said, "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11:24)

With expectant faith and believing in your Word, we affirm that our Lord Jesus, full of mercy and love for His people, has great “plans for our good give us a future full of hope.” (Jer 29:11)

Dear Jesus, Lord of light and life, prepare our parish families to receive all that you desire for us. Holy Spirit, Sweet Comforter and Advocate, enkindle in us the fire of your love! Send forth your spirit upon all our parishioners, give them a fresh infilling of your spirit and prepare and soften their hearts to receive the healing in body, mind and soul that God our Father desires to bestow upon His children: “For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal says the Lord.” (Jer 30:17)

Merciful Father, we thank you for the gift of the Most Glorious Blessed Virgin Mary, and we consecrate ourselves and our parishes into her Immaculate Heart.  Mary, Most Holy Mother of God, please keep us under your mantle of protection and grace especially as we prepare to receive God’s healing touch in November.

Confident of your unconditional love for us, we now place into your loving hands, Most Holy Trinity, the upcoming Eucharistic healing services in our Diocese.

We thank you for the outpouring of healing, love and mercy that will bless all the attendees as well as their extended families that they will bring with them in spirit.

We trust that your works of healing are wrapped in the mystery of your hidden wisdom, and we accept with grateful hearts whatever plans you desire for us according to your Most Holy and Adorable Will.

Bless all your holy priests, especially our pastors, Rev. Frs. Hoare, Lawlor and Putnam and our parochial vicars, deacons and staff.

Protect and keep the planners and all those working and praying behind the scenes, as well as their families, safe from evil.

Finally, we ask you to bless and protect your humble servant, Alan Ames, whom you have chosen to be an instrument of healing to your people. We pray for his ministry throughout the world, for safe travels for him and for blessings upon him and his family.

We ask for our brothers and sisters to be moved with a spirit of forgiveness, that they be purified and set free from all anger, resentment or unresolved hurts so that all blockages to your healing love will be removed.

Cleanse your people, Lord that they may receive the fullness of healing you intend for them, all for your greater glory! Bind all evil spirits who try to disrupt your plans for us at the foot of the Cross and cover your people in your precious blood, Lord Jesus. For in your wounds we find our healing, safety and wholeness.

We ask in a special way for St. Mother Teresa to intercede for our parishes as we use her words asking, “Dear Jesus, flood our souls with your spirit and your life.”

St. Mother Teresa, pray for us! St. Padre Pio, pray for us!  St. Mark, pray for us! St. Matthew, pray for us!
St. Therese, pray for us! All holy angels, men and women saints of God, pray for us!  Amen.
