Health and wellness is of utmost importance to living at every moment of our life, but especially in our later years. The Young at Heart Ministry is happy to provide a range of programs that help our elderly parishioners stay active and healthy, while having fun doing it! When we are healthy in mind and body, we are more fit to serve the Lord in our life.

Low Impact Movement for Seniors

Weekly exercise - low impact, weight-bearing and aerobic, yet relaxing; involves gentle movements and deep breathing. Currently, we meet together on Saturday mornings in the Saint Mark School cafeteria beginning at 9:45am.

Silver Sneakers

For adults who are 55 years of age or older, Silver Sneakers provides a musical atmosphere for fun, light exercise. We meet Monday and Friday at 12:00 pm in the Parish Center. We provide chairs for standing support.
