If you are interested in registering for our Parish, please print and complete the form below.  You may bring it to the Welcome Desk during normal business hours, or turn in at the Staff Podium after Sunday Mass.  We will be happy to provide you a Welcome Packet at that time.

You do not have to be Catholic to join and frequent our parish. Join us for the Sunday Eucharist and other parish activities. To become a full member of the Catholic Church, click here to learn about the RCIA process. We look forward to sharing the message of Jesus—the Good News—with you!
