Financial Education Programs

The unusual economic turmoil that we have all endured over the past year has had an affect on all of our families in the parish in one way or another.  Many of us are asking:

  • How can we make ends meet with our reduced family income?

  • How do we deal with debt and develop strategies to minimize debt?

  • Where can I get some guidance when it comes to household budgets, planning for the future, and still being able to tithe?

If you are ready to find answers to these questions and to tackle the task of righting your financial situation, please join us for a 13-week Financial Education program:

  • Begins on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, from 7 – 8:30 pm in the Monsignor Kerin Family Center, Room 202.

  • Continues for 13 weeks, Tuesdays from 7 – 8:30 pm

  • Uses Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University curriculum.  Millions of people worldwide have learned how to tackle their financial issues through this remarkable program.  To learn more about this program, click here.

    •  A 13-week video series designed to teach families to eliminate debt and save money, led by financial expert Dave Ramsey.

  • Open to all St. Mark parishioners

  • Each session will be facilitated by financial, legal, and insurance professionals from our parish.  These are credible and licensed professionals who will be volunteering their time and talent to answer your questions.
