RE:    Calendar for July 2010 – June 30, 2011

Calendar meetings/events your committee/commission wishes to schedule for the next fiscal year, (July 2010 through June 2011), are due beginning July 1, 2010, on a first-come, first served basis.  No committee/commission is “grandfathered in” just because of previous years.

Please use this form and, as usual, be specific with dates (e.g., don’t write “the 1st Monday of every month”).  Make sure you indicated how many people you expect to attend your event/meeting, the specific time frame for set up and clean up and of course the beginning time AND end time of the meeting.  The forms are new, so if you don’t have this one already, please use it and discard the old one.
